January 3: Update on our lawsuit

Our case is scheduled to be heard in Superior Court in Sacramento on Friday, March 4.
Meanwhile, on December 17, Judge Marlette (who will preside on March 4) issued a favorable ruling on our motion to Augment the Record (opposed by Caltrans).
