Songs related to transportation

The first is a song entitled “Widening One Won't Work”, whose lyrics were written by Peter and Celia Scott.

The second is a song recently contributed by local musician and scientist Peter Weiss (the “Singing Scientist”), entitled “Funny Thing About Freeways”.

The third is a wonderful song by the reknowned Irish song writer and singer Tommy Sands, entitled “I'm Goin' Back on the Bicycle”. Although written several years ago (1985), it seems especially relevant today, as you'll see from just reading the lyrics.

The fourth is a song entitled “Don't Get Mud on the Carpet”, whose lyrics were written by Peter Scott in 1996. It's still relevant today as we try to get institutions to upgrade their policies regarding bicycle parking.
